Experience

E2C principals have compliance experience spanning several industries and a broad range of knowledge of how environmental laws affect you.  

Environmental Auditing can take several forms and be performed for various reasons.  Audits may be purely regulatory or may encompass company specific programs.    E2C personnel have participated in all types of environmental auditing and have been lead auditors for many environmental program audits.  In addition E2C has the necessary experience to help develop site or company specific audit programs designed to help you maintain compliance.

E2C personnel have worked with regulatory agencies from coast to coast and from local levels through EPA.  This experience can be invaluable in working through compliance issues with regulators or in getting a permit application through the system.

In addition to the above experience  E2C personnel have been hands-on with RCRA, TSCA, Tier II, and Form R reporting and are ready to assist in compliance with these reporting requirements.

Example Projects

Lead Auditor for major food company for program/compliance audits in U.S. and Canada.

Regulatory Consultation/Liaison between facility and EPA Region X concerning alleged SPCC Plan violations.  Worked with facility and EPA to clarify regulatory application to facility and reduced citations from 9 to 1 with no proposed fine involved.

Worked with Ark. Department of Environmental Quality to fast track a permit for a production line.  Received application in 6 weeks where normal turn around was 18 weeks.  Project was started and completed on schedule.
