Experience

E2C personnel can provide other services in addition to those listed on other pages.  E2C has personnel experienced in the pharmaceutical industry that are familiar with the environmental requirements in this type manufacturing.  E2C personnel have designed, managed installation and worked through validation of clean room systems for medical product manufacturing.  

Examples 

Design of a clean room complex consisting of Classifications from Class 100 zones to Class 100,000 rooms.  Managed installation of all environmental surfaces, HVAC, dehumidification equipment and control systems to manage air flows and pressure balance.   Completed Design Criteria and room validation meeting required parameters for temperature, materials of construction, air changes and pressure balances.   Specified all HEPA filters, hoods, lighting, HVAC, and other components. 

Design of specialized Class 100,000 clean room and HVAC system for use with a precision Coordinate Measurement Machine needing temperature control of + 0.5 degrees F per hour and ^{+ 2 degrees F per day}
